The premise is simple: financial success is essential but not sufficient. Money is one form of currency alongside time, relationships, integrity, purpose, personal values and wellbeing. A business worth owning earns sustainable profit and treats people fairly — including its owner.
This course respects every path. Employment can be deeply fulfilling work, and wealth is neither a virtue nor a vice. Faith is welcomed as an optional reflection lens; no belief is assumed or required.
